The Community Referral Partner program is for connectors, non-math tutors, coaches, and any other referrer who is not using the parent-referral offer. Teachers who refer families are paid the same amounts, and a referring teacher talks to parents only, never directly to a student.

How it works:

• One level, no joining fee, no exclusive territory.
• There is no bonus for filling a class.
• You tell people you are paid for the referral, and you share only ChronosLearn-approved materials.
• Payouts start once payment is live, which means once a class is confirmed and invoiced.
• "Signs up by 31 October 2026" means the date ChronosLearn receives the family's booking or enrolment form, or the teacher's application, carrying your code or name. A reward is paid when its milestone is reached, even if that is after that date.
• After 31 October 2026 the standing terms do not include a payment for introducing a teacher.

Commission terms

Referrals received up to and including Oct 31, 2026

You are owed $150.00 when a family you referred makes their 2nd payment. It becomes payable the day it is earned, and is due within 10 days of becoming payable.

You are owed $250.00 when a teacher you introduced is hired and has taught their first month. It becomes payable the day it is earned, and is due within 10 days of becoming payable.

You are owed $150.00 when a family you referred starts their 2nd term. It becomes payable the day it is earned, and is due within 10 days of becoming payable.

Referrals received from Nov 1, 2026

You are owed $75.00 when a family you referred makes their 2nd payment. It becomes payable the day it is earned, and is due within 10 days of becoming payable.

You are owed $75.00 when a family you referred starts their 2nd term. It becomes payable the day it is earned, and is due within 10 days of becoming payable.

A family is credited to the first partner whose code or name is on the family's booking or enrolment form, for 90 days.

A refunded payment does not count toward a milestone that has not been reached yet. A commission that has been earned or paid is not taken back.

ChronosLearn makes the payments, outside this site. This site keeps a record that you and ChronosLearn can both see, and entries in it are never changed or removed.
